There are several levels of service available to match your needs. Residentail service is available if your address qualifies for residential Bell Canada voice telephone service, we do not distinguish between residential or business usage once installed. All levels include unlimited downloads, there are no bandwidth caps or extra fees based on how much traffic is used. Services with upload speeds of 1Mbps use standard ADSL2+ modems, while services with faster upload speeds require the purchase of a new VDSL2 modem.

• First full and Last month are paid in advance as well as the first partial month which is pro-rated.
• There are no long term contracts or promotional pricing that runs out after so many months.
• Service cancellation requires a written notification from the client by e-mail or letter post. NO verbal cancellations are acceptable. It is the client's responsibility to ensure any pre-paid services are used, there is NO refund on any pre-paid amounts.
• The cost of a modem if purchased from IGS is extra as is service installation. See the hardware page for more info on modems and the sign-up forms for current pricing.
• Speeds noted are the maximum peak possible download rates, absolutely no guarantee of speed is provided or implied.
• The one time cost to switch among available fttn service levels (using the same modem) is $35. If switching from an ADSL2+ to a VDSL2 modem, a full installation is required.
• Dry loop fees are extra if you do not install the service on an existing active Bell voice service line. Fees start at $8 per month.
• Bandwidth is currently unlimited, but subject to change if supplier imposed. IGS KW has had unlimited high speed access services for well over a decade and will continue to do so if at all possible.
• Not all speeds are available to all locations.
