IGS has points of presence (POPs) in numerous locations. If you have an account at any IGS location, you will be able to dial in through any of IGS's other locations. When you're travelling, this can result in substantial long distance savings.
For when you're travelling to locations other than those in which IGS has a point of presence, there is iPass global roaming, which provides roaming services in most major cities throughout the world.
The IGS roaming system is simple to use. Simply enter your full IGS email address in place of your username when you log in to a remote location. See the example below.

Pricing
The first three hours per month used roaming are free. Each additional hour is billed at a rate of $1.00/hour.
