Where was the C26 perforator located?

According to the Canadian Stamps with Perforated Initials handbook, the International Harvester Company C26 perforator Was located in Winnipeg.

The distribution of cancellations suggests that the perforator was used in Weyburn, SK from about 1915 until 1937, then was moved to Winnipeg, MB around 1938.
