New site was found July 1st (thanks to Thrasher)
Not much on it at this time; they give you a map to their place of business
if you're in Florida.
Here is the site for Xeno Games http://www.xenogames.qpg.com/
I have this expansion and have already stated how I was surprised at the look of this map and one of my own design - actually sort of like my 1942 Large Map (but smaller ;).
Xeno's World at War comes with an expanded Map and adds the powers of China and France and starts in 1939. A good game but takes a few hours longer than the original and allows a three way war between the Axis, the Allies, and the Soviets.

There have been some problems with the rules and I have received a copy of some clarifications from Steve Gillies <sgillies@idirect.com> who was in contact with Xeno - Thanks Steve and Xeno. There is now a 3rd edition set of rules but I do not have a copy - if anyone does please send me a copy and I will post.
Rule Clarifications
for Xeno's World at War [Top]
This is for the second edition rules. The third edition is out and I will
post them as soon as possible.
I believe that the 3rd edition also has a larger map.
Factories cannot be used to build Infantry, only to build Units.
A newly Damaged Battleship can attack for the duration of the combat.
Paratroopers revert to normal infantry after being dropped from a bomber.
With Industrial Technology, the cost of Russian Partisans remains the same.
British and French units can attack together. French units are always considered British units.
Each Country can only receive and spend Lend Lease once per round.
You cannot rail troops into or through a territory you just captured.
Germany begins the games with 30 IPCs.
Germany receives 5 IPCs from the bank, not from Russia's 16 IPC peace time production.
German Panzergrenadiers, US Armoured Infantry, and Russian Guards count as Armour for transportation purposes.
Germany may influence Iraq every turn they hold Egypt.
Planes cannot land in areas on the 2nd impulse if the territory was just captured during the first impulse.
Germany can Non-combat units out of Italy and Italian Territories the turn France is conquered by Germany.
You may not use any units you just influenced in an attack that same turn, eg. Indo-China.
Nothing can retreat from Amphibious Assaults, nor from a Banzai Attack.
Japan may use 2 Banzai attacks for each impulse of their sneak attack, but only one Kamikaze for the entire Sneak Attack.
Factories and AA guns can be Kamikazed.
Britain may influence Saudi Arabia every turn Germany holds Egypt.
If Britain wants to invade a neutral Country, He must possess 5 IPCs in case the attempt is thwarted by the dice roll.
If Britain declares a Government in Exile, he receives a free Factory should the territory not already have one.
An Ally's Rail Movement can be reused by an ally. For Example, The U.S.'s Western Hemisphere Railroads, Britain's Railroads in Africa, Europe and Asia, And Chinese Railroads in China.
A US Fighter must first land in China to be considered a Volunteer Unit.
A volunteer fighter can never return to being an American Unit.
A roll of Six (6) on China's Committal roll means all units attack.
Russia may only counterattack one territory the turn Germany attacks them.
For Neutral Countries with Overseas Possessions, if a power defeats the head country, all overseas possessions go to the conquering nation. If the power fails in the attack, The head country goes to the other side, but the overseas possessions stay neutral. If a power attacks an overseas possession, whether he wins or loses, all other territories, including the head country go to the other side.
The French Fleet with no Battleship goes in the Mediterranean Sea. The other French Fleet, along with the British Fleet, may go in a sea zone of Britain's choice, however, both may not go in one.
Example of World at War game [Top]:
I have played this once by email and it was a very good game. I played the USSR and was out to conquere everyone. I played with some AOL Axis&Allies club members and it was a good game (MrBoingo-UK/France, Punk22221-Ger, EnemyThine-Jap, PredatorXX-USA/China). I joined after someone else had played the USSR for the first two turns. The USSR was grabbing Persia, Norway, Finland, Ceylon!, Bornoe, Turkey and a few other places. I was talking with Germany and Japan to form an alliance but knew they were only toying with me. I took Portugal which gave Germany the colonies of Angola and Mozambique; to give Germany a bit of an edge in Africa but it only slowed down the UK for a turn or so. (We did not know of the above rules). Germany and I were working on the USSR attacking Spain to give Spain to Germany after the USSR loses the battle. But once Germany and Japan attacked me the dealing was all over and I was an Ally, this was turn six. I had earlier attacked Bornoe and Japan moved its fleet down there as part of its attack on me, after an excellent surprise attack against the US (wiped out the entire US Fleet! on turn 4 or 5). BUT the USSR got 20 IPCs to purchase units. I bought 2 Transports and 4 Infantry and placed them in Soviet Far East and walked/sailed into an empty Japan!!! Japan could not get back in one turn and would have to surrender; Germany retreated from the USSR front knowing that I would not be a pushover and everyone was stunned by the quick end. The USSR would have had first chance to grab China (emptied by Japan after they failed to get the capitol back) and would cut off the UK from any part of it by blitzing through the south. And I would have cut off the UK from Eastern Europe as well. My final plan was to attack the UK and USA everywhere I could on the same turn I would capture Berlin as this would end the game and give the USSR the biggest piece of the pie. I would even have landed my Portuguese Infantry in Washington! (if empty which it mostly was!)
I played it a few times (non PBEM) but the rules for who the USSR can attack and such is a bit sparse and ambiguous; Can the USSR attack the USA!!!??? Why Not?
Europe at War and Russia at War [Top]
There is now a Europe at War which I believe covers only Europe with an expanded map (looks somewhat like my WWII PBEM GAME map of Europe [look at my map]) and there is an addition to this called Russia at War. I have been told that Europe at War is very good but its also expensive. I was also told Russia at War uses basically the same map as Europe at War and does basically nothing new.
"RaW adds about 4 sets of new men (8 Inf, 3Arm, 3Ftr, 2 AAgun, ...) some more IPC (paper money), some new setup sheets for 1941 and a page or so of new rules. " - Kadaver<psycho6@total.net> Summer 1997. Thanks Kadaver for the info
If anyone has any comments they want to add to this please send them to me tacit@kw.igs.net
[If I get enough $$ I will buy one of these I will post a bigger description here, but want to buy Samuria Swords and others first. May 98]
Xeno also sells more units. But the price for these are outrageous in my opinion. I have purchased units from Milton Bradley for under $10 US! With a bit of paint you can make Chinese and French units form some of the MB units. This is a lot better than the $30+ US the Xeno units cost.
